Maintaining a Safe Environment
The facility needed to remain open to provide uninterrupted service to clients during construction. Protecting visitors and staff, including visually-impaired individuals, was D-Mar’s top priority.
Accommodating the visually impaired presented unique challenges throughout the project. D-Mar developed customs solutions to meet each challenge.
Two-Phase Process
D-Mar completed the work in two phases to allow the facility to remain operational during construction. While bathrooms, kitchens, and breakrooms were remodeled, alternate accommodations were provided to continue servicing clients and staff. D-Mar also took extra precautions to ensure that all work zones were clearly marked and inaccessible to anyone not in the construction crew.
